Due to us being an online business only, the web site design is very important as its our shop front to the world. The design will be simple with a small amount of graphics with no special effects unless they assist with out conversion rate of visitors to sales. The site itself will be written with a direct marketing style to encourage action from the visitors.

The Goal of the site is to get the visitor to take one of four possible actions. In priority they are:

Purchase the service
Sign up for our free email newsletter
Sign up for our free affiliate program
Download a free digital information product (email registration required)

The site with display the icop member symbol ( http://i-cop.org ) as well as a privacy statement. A page will clearly display those behind the business and a full physical address on every page of the site. This is to build trust in the business and the people behind it.

Customer Service via the site

An online based web chat system will be used as well as contact form which will automatically provide a method of asking for feedback from our visitors to improve our service in line with the needs of our customer. A customer phone address will also be used to answer any queries (limited hours to encourage web based feedback)

Ordering

We well accept credit cards and clients will automatically be followed up, via email every month for 6 months with the free monthly digital bonus. Online ordering will be encouraged but a 1-800 phone order system will also be used. Payment by business cheque will also be available but online only on a 3 month order, this being the less preferred method of payment.
