I have develop DSL prequalification program for telecommunication company, where future DSL clients can do prequalification they phone number for future DSL services. During the prequalification clients have to enter his/her phone number then I have to generate XML file and send it to www.northpoint.net and www.covad.com checks service availability and returns response in XML format, then my program parse it and show result to potential client, so client can choose provider for his home or office.
