Designed, developed and maintained an application to automate HRIS to record all employee-related information. Provided an interface with management System to enter employee-related information. Developed a DLL application to migrate employee-related information to HRIS application. Used Lotus Notes 5.0 to develop forms to capture various employee-related information such as payroll, leaves and training details.
